The Boss Slayer Master poll raises concerns regarding the poten

  • A number of recent content upgrades have shown a peculiar and OSRS gold worrying tendency for the state of RuneScape, but the Boss Slayer Master poll really highlights and drives home. The Death Mechanic upgrade and Ferox Enclave raised a number of problems, but for the interest of brevity I'll mostly only reference the Boss Slayer Master poll. I think that today is that time that we, as a community, need to come together and tackle these problems for the sake of RuneScape we enjoy.

From the lead-up to the Nightmare's release, we have heard JMods tell us the way they prefer the fashion of trekking into a boss. These statements all suggest that the JMods have some type of direction that need RuneScape to move in and a general design philosophy to get new content. However, this is subsequently called into question once we see the Boss Slayer Master survey blog.

Prior to player feedback, the poll suggested Death and Blood rune packs as a reward for PVM by incorporating them, possibly, the skill in RuneScape. Upon player feedback, this has been taken out of the poll with the updated survey blog stating"You're vocal the demand for more runes should be filled by skilling rather than PvM and stores. We agree. We'll endeavour to find ways of incorporating more runes out of runecrafting in the future.". (Players may recall the PVM nest upgrade as well as the Birdhouse nerf that was performed to stablilise the price of Saradomin Brews together with the reasoning of"We concur with most of you that PvM shouldn't be the main way of obtaining skilling resources", only for the original Konar Drop Table to be released using a fall of 2500 noted Saradomin Brews.).

Why this kind of material continues to plague us despite gamers and JMods claiming to be compared to 24,, we need to question. Boss Teleport Scrolls are listed in the survey. Despite frequent JMod statements that run counter to the design philosophy of such teleports, including an entire piece of fresh content in the shape of the Nightmare and Sisterhood Sanctuary to emphasize this, we now observe a poll question with wording that suggests the exact opposite:"We are extremely aware there are some lengthy walks to a supervisors. We wouldn't need to abolish this - the hope is that these scrolls are slightly better compared to present procedures.".

From a poll, we've seen two questions that contradict JMod statements on design philosophy. For me, this seems to show that polls undergo no form of vetting until the blog is uploaded. As a community, we ought to be concerned to hear to see action taken in the contrary direction. Content updates have to be internally assessed for consistency with match direction and design philosophy before going. As stakeholders of RuneScape, players may still continue to voice their opinions on topics of game integrity, but the concept of a free boss bypass (Which the survey blog says"We believe it also compromised the integrity and overall balance of their content" about -- which makes us question why this overpowered mechanic was proposed in the first place).

Resources coming around teleports to supervisors from also the question and PVM must have all been checked off by senior developers prior to submitting to make sure that the content fit Oldschool Runescape. The following point is in NO WAY intended as any sort of attack. Our JMods should not be attacked by anybody whatsoever or cheap RS gold do anything to harm the relationship between gamers and developers. That being said, the"Words from the developer" section from the Boss Slayer Master site are incredibly worrying to me and further highlight the significant demand for this kind of internal consistency. "This is my first appropriate project. I've been on the Old School team for a few months now and have managed to use elements of my practice about the Poll 71 jobs.".
